HOWARD HUGHES has been fishing professional Bass Tournaments since 1977. He has qualified for thirty professional Tournaments of Champions, including eight West Coast Bass Classics and seven WON BASS Classics.

Two of Howard's recent major accomplishments are 1st place in the 2013 Clear Lake WON BASS NOR-CAL Open and 1st place in the 2005 Lake Shasta B.A.S.S. OPEN.
